  • Any data from assessments you might complete as part of a coaching programme (e.g. Strengths Profile)

  • Analytics Information from e.g. cookies

Notes may be taken during coaching sessions. These are confidential and not shared. They are stored securely for a period of 6 months following completion of the coaching programme.

We will retain names and email addresses of clients indefinitely within our email system.

How we use your Information:
We use your information to communicate with you upon requesting our services, and during the provision of coaching services.

We use your information to send you occasional newsletters, based on your consent.

We will never sell or share your information with any other third party for marketing purposes.

How your data is stored:
Your personal data is stored on our email system on a secure business email account, hosted by Microsoft.

Your rights to your data:
You can request to see the data we hold about you at any time. You can update, correct, request to delete data held by emailing the data controller.
